MEET marcy

Marcy started with The Silkworth Project in August 2024, working primarily on the temporary accommodation side of the business, with occasional project work.

Stepping into the housing and recovery world has been a big learning curve for Marcy, but she has enjoyed every minute. She says this is the first role where she feels that she can truly make a difference in people’s lives, something that she’s always wanted to do. Marcy is committed to learning and growing in my role every day.

Outside of work, Marcy is an avid music collector and she loves art and sports.
